Disabling trackpoint wheel emulation

looks like it's supposed to be turned off, so best to file a bug against
evdev and attach the evemu-record for a short middle-button + motion
sequence. this device has absolute axes as well as relative axes, this may
be the reason. please assign the bug to me.
