XSendEvent with XIDeviceEvent

Hi, is it possible to fill up XEvent.XGenericEventCookie.data with
XIDeviceEvent in a way it wil be sendable with XSendEvent? Could you please
provide an example? I need to send mouse button press and release synthetic
events but with specified device.
