How to change mouse cursor to standard hand cursor

Sorry for double-posting: I'm asking because I need these names/hashes
for more types of icons (ibeam, busy arrow, resizing arrows, etc.) so
I'm interested to know how I can get them myself -- I plucked the SDL2
and pyglet code but they don't seem to get to the necessary lengths to
provide these. I'll pluck Qt/GTK next but if you have better ideas,
please share. Thank you.
