Unable to post on XKeyboardConfig Development email list

Hi

I've signed up for XKeyboardConfig Development list. However, I'm unable to
post, and I can't even contact the email list admin using the contact form
under 'help' here:
https://groups.google.com/a/listserv.bat.ru/forum/#!forum/xkb

Can someone help me get in touch with the email list manager so I can
manage to post to the email list?
