Default Permissions on /var/log/Xorg.n.log

Ok, thanks for the info. I'll find a workaround to change the perms at
startup. Since Xorg is running as root changing the perms on that file
shouldn't cause any problems from what I can tell. I've changed them
manually and it didn't cause any issues.
