The DVI -> HDMI is only single link and you shiny new Tv runs at 120Hz while the limit for SL is 1600x1200 at 60Hz and via reduced blanking 1920x1200 at 60Hz - somewhere around this things might easily fail.

If you want to feed the Tv at 120Hz also ensure to support HDMI 1.4b
