Can't add pointing device.

I have strange problem. 
I don't know if this debian problem, or my config or something else.
There are two computers PC-BOX and laptop. 


On PC i can't make X to see pointing usb device. 
On Laptop - there is no problem and this device is seen as:

Configuration on both computers is rather similar, both have debian
sid. On PC is fvwm without desktop environment, on laptop is xfce. 
Udev rules are both from debian. And udev logs looks very similar.
What do I have to check next?
