[ANNOUNCE] xorg-server (non-critical bug window closes)

Here's the last set of fixes in the non-critical bug window. After this,
I expect to see bugzilla entries documenting a pretty compelling case
for patches leading to 1.12.

Please test this stuff; we'll be releasing in about three weeks.

Thanks to Peter Hutterer for working diligently to clean up some ABI
snafus in Xi 2.2; the freeze is a few days late as a result, but we're
in a lot better shape.

And, as always, thanks to the other authors, reviewers and testers who
have helped get these fixes ready.
