A new release for xinput with the main changes being support for scrolling
axes and for multitouch devices. Plenty of cleanups and misc fixes, but also
a few new behaviours:

- xinput without any arguments will now assume "xinput list"
- xinput --name-only will print the device name only
- xinput --id-only will print the device ID only
- xinput map-to-crtc will set an absolute device's transformation matrix to
  the respective CRTC dimensions
