[ANNOUNCE] xorg-server 1.13.0.902 (1.13.1-rc2)

I didn't see the message from this list until now.  Sorry about that.

I will hold off on this one.

Has anyone seen any issues with rc2?  I'll release 1.13.1 tonight if not.
