xserver up time issue

Hi

I need a suggestion. compiled xserver 1.9.4 for a board. It should use ati
driver. How ever as of now the issue is display takes lot of time to come
(e.g. around 2 min just for desktop display). However if i change driver to
vesa. display comes very fast.

I tested with opensuse installed on same board. There is difference in xorg
log for both opensuse and my custom disro. Attaching both for your
reference.


Any suggestions why it is slow and how can i improve xserver/display up
time.
