libX11 and libXext (at least) fail using prefix on make install

This was fixed 10 days ago in git master:
http://cgit.freedesktop.org/xorg/lib/libX11/commit/?id=b370eeb0191b0e2a8bde2f03a442a8ca62e35d58 and in all other modules with docs.

Version 1.8 of xorg-sgml-doctools is required. Configuring with
--disable-docs and --disable=specs will skip building the documentation
which is a sizable piece of work in libX11.
