Xorg + debian 6.0.1 + h67 chipset

Hello,
I installed the debian 6.0.1 on a PC with a chipset H67.
After that I got a little bug (see the attachments: halfed screen.jpg)
Then I created a file xorg.conf (see the attachments: xorg.conf)
But with this file Horgh not boot - black screen with a blinking cursor 
quickly.
Logfile of Xorg in attachments: Xorg.0.log

Can you help me?
