Then maybe you should have been more careful to word your complaint in a
form that clearly said exactly what you were complaining about, as well
as what you think should be done about it.  Don't leave it to the reader
to guess.

Fine.  If you think the arguments are well-known, then there is no need
to repeat them.  But you still have to clearly state what action you
expect "someone" to take.  Otherwise, you will most likely just be
ignored.
