[ANNOUNCE] xf86-video-dummy 0.3.5

Hi,

in addition to the usual round of clean-up commits, two significant
changes landed in that release: the maximum framebuffer size was bumped
to 32767x32767, and it's now possible to disable DGA entirely (through
the --disable-dga configure option).
