                            Patch #273 - 2011/08/25

     * build-fix for out-of-tree "make docs" rule.
     * correct a typo in x_strdup, from patch #198 changes.
     * correct  initialization for -e option, broken in patch #272 changes
       (report by Gabriele Balducci).
     * build-fix for out-of-tree builds to address minstall script changes
       in patch #272 (patch by Thierry Reding).
