Where are Ungrab and ClearGrab processed?

Hello.

I have a problem with understanding, what component is responsible for 
processing Ctrl+Alt+KP_Divide and Ctrl+Alt+KP_Multiply in current 
Xserver. It seems that these two symbols are translated into 
XF86_ClearGrab and XF86_Ungrab hotkeys, however, I cannot bind them in 
any application (metacity, xbindkeys et al.) Could you please explain 
(or give links), how are such key combinations handled?
