This is the third release candidate for libX11 1.4.   Will the third time
be the charm?  Hopefully Dan's fixes to disable fopping the docs by default
will solve the build issues that many people had with the second RC.

As previously warned, libX11 1.4 *requires* libxcb.   The Xlib 1.3 branch
continues to support the --without-xcb option for the benefit of any
remaining distributors who do not yet ship XCB in their stable releases.
