Hi,
I have multiseat working on Debian Sid with 2 seats with straight X, but 7.4 and gdm. Am about to register a bug with bugs.freedesktop.org that this setup does not work with 7.5: the system freezes after a few minutes.
Sorry for top posting: Yahoo! doesn't let me bottom post.
What's GSOC? Yeah for multiseat! I have been using it for 6 years, but not mdm because I want VT's on the first seat.
BTW, under 7.5 I can run MDM and Aivils Stoss' multiseat_gentlemans_kit-1.0.0 without a problem. But it then freezes when I stop multiseat.

You can top-post or bottom-post and that's it!

Hello,
I'm really interested to participate in GSOC program this year. I have worked with multiseats
over the last 3 years in MDM project (http://wiki.c3sl.ufpr.br/multiseat/index.php/Mdm) and I would like to work in
the "USB Multiseat Refinement" idea because I think is very important that linux distributions have a easy way
to configure a multiseat enviroment. It is because here in Brazil multiseats are becomming very commom on public
schools and I have saw that they are having many problens with it. I have read what the Plugable have done about
USB multiseats and I already had studied the problems that they are having, so I think I can help and try to resolve it.
Best regards,
