Writing Driver for video card attached to an USB

Hi,
    I have a video card which is attached via USB hub. I want to write a driver 
for the video card. Is there any way to write user space device driver using 
LibUSB. I am new for creating video driver code. Where could i find tutorials 
for writing video driver (xorg) driver.
