Display on HDMI-connected TV to large

I don't know if it has something to do with it but my TV is much smaller
than 708mm x 398mm. It is 398mm high including the plastic border and
standing foot.

I come, after measuring, only to 415mm x 255mm. My handbook only gives the
diagonal size with 482.6mm.

Maybe it helps to correct that?
