hello
just for the case that you did not recognize it: mesa ships the file dri.pc for a longer time now. xorg-server could recognize it and drop the need for --with-dri-driver-path. below is the content of the file on my system:
prefix=/usr
exec_prefix=${prefix}
libdir=/usr/lib
includedir=/usr/include
dridriverdir=/usr/lib/dri
Name: dri
Description: Direct Rendering Infrastructure
