Hello!
Here's few easy questions for x gurus:
* Can arbitrary x app, other than window manager, manage other windows
(raise and lower them)?
* Can arbitrary x app, other than window manager, register and listen to
global keyboard shortcuts? Given that that app is written with some high
level toolkit and x event loop is hidden deep inside that toolkit.
