You could directly download source package from:

http://cgit.freedesktop.org/xorg/lib/libXp/
like this one:
http://cgit.freedesktop.org/xorg/lib/libXp/snapshot/xo-6_7_0.tar.bz2

ssh://git.freedesktop.org/git/xorg/lib/libXp is for developers.
