This release fixes a bug introduced in 1.1.0 which caused the mapfiles to
be installed to $(DESTDIR)/util, instead of $(DESTDIR)$(fontrootdir)/util,
resulting in breaking the builds of the bitmap font modules which use the
mapfiles with ucs2any to split Unicode font sets into smaller/older character
sets.
