Finishing the X11R7.5 katamari

And in full keeping with the finest traditions of X.Org, the date
I made up out of whole cloth was shockingly missed. (I may have
gotten a bit distracted trying to get every possible change I would
want into the font packages configure scripts/macros, so that when
we make the first release of them in 4 years, it's got the right
set of changes so we can go another 4 years before the next time
we have to release most of them.)
In any case, we have made a lot of progress.
All the libraries on the list are released.
Almost all the protocol modules are released.
(xkbproto isn't yet, but I'm leaving that for Daniel to decide if
the changes sitting in git are ready to go and should be included
in 7.5 or wait until later.)
All the drivers have had either releases or release candidates.
All the fonts have had release candidates, that will soon be
version bumped, tagged and issued as full releases.
That mostly leaves the applications, which I'm working through now,
and then finishing up the doc set to tie it all up.
I am proposing dropping two more modules from the katamari, now that
the X server has dropped support for the XFree86-Misc extension:
- xf86miscproto
- libXxf86misc
Again, if anyone has a good reason to retain these in the katamari,
speak up now. Of course, the modules will remain available for those
who wish to build them to preserve binary compatibility or to work
with older Xorg server versions.
