High Cpu Usage

I'm running this version or X:
Build ID: xorg-x11-server 1.5.3-15.fc10, stock fedora version 10.

I'm running with an Nvidia FX6200 card, using the nvidia proprietary
NVIDIA-Linux-x86-173.14.12 driver.

I'm running Xorg with the freevo application on a diskless Intel CPU.

When I first start Xorg and Freevo, I find that Xorg is consuming 100%
of the processor.  My applications works, however, the system feels
sluggish.

I have found, via experimentation, that shutting down Xorg and
restarting Xorg causes the system the operate normally again.

I start Xorg by simple using Xorg -config myConfigFile.

I don't get any error messages in the Xorg.log file.

My Xorg log file is at the bottom of this thread for reference.

How do I go about debugging why Xorg want to consume 100% of my cpu?
If restarting Xorg seems to resolve the problem, what clue could that mean?
What more information can I provide?

I'm running a slim down version of fedora 10, not a typical
installation.  I only run what I need.  For example, I'm not running the
HAL daemon.
