Problems with resumed suspend: Work (dual/external heads) <=> Home (built in laptop display)

Okay, nobody liked my questions. ;-) Let me ask a different question, then:

Is there a way to query xrandr to give me the current configuration as
an xrandr command? That could help give me a workaround.
