[ANNOUNCE] inputproto 1.9.99.14

Two new amendments to the XI2 protocol:
- addition of a flags field to contain extra information for events
- the XI_RawEvent type has been split up into XI_RawKeyPress,
  XI_RawKeyRelease, etc.

      Fix XIMaskLen macro.
      XI2: Split up raw events into multiple event types.
      Formatting fix, s/tabs/spaces/
      Add the enter/leave detail defines, same as the core protocol ones.
