KristianL has made multiple attempts with the Xorg community to try
and resolve this but it seems that his emails get ignored (or at least
not replied to when he does).

The bug is with handling of animated cursors, XFixes doesn't support that.

There is no bugtracker entry as far as I know. Feel free to create one.
