I'm trying to build X.org 7.4 (from tarballs with build_from_tarballs.sh) with Mesa and I have the following questions: 1. May I use a version of Mesa later than the recommended, e.g.7.2? 2. Do I have to install Mesa prior to running build_from_tarballs.sh (xdriinfo fails to configure saying that GL cannot be found)? Regards, Angel Tsankov
