 	I'm assuming this is a general question, so I'm answering it too. 
I'm personally following it because I'm wanting multiple video cards to start 
working again and I'm trying to help a bit with it (partially fixed in 
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=18160 but probably still needs 
work).  If there were a separate list for version control, I might browse 
through a web-based archive at the relevant time, but would not subscribe to 
it.  I can see the list might not be targetted at people like me, but I 
figured it may be useful to you to have this input, so I've sent it :).
