[ANNOUNCE] xf86-input-synaptics 1.2.1

The first stable update to the X.Org synaptics touchpad driver is now
available. The main fix addresses a possible deadlock caused by allocations
during signal handling along. The rest is just man page fixes and a simple
change for consistency.
