Error in Configuring X Server

you seem to be missing xf86-input-mouse, xf86-input-keyboard,
xf86-video-vesa, etc. they need to be compiled against the header files of
the just installed X server (set PKG_CONFIG_PATH).

also, since the server isn't trying to load evdev but you are on linux,
chances are you didn't have hal-devel and dbus-devel installed at configure
time. I'd install those and re-run configure so you get to use input
hotplugging.
