xf86XInputSetScreen() equivalent for randr

Hi,

I'm working on getting evtouch to play nicely with multi screen
systems using randr instead of Xinerama. It used to do
xf86XInputSetScreen() to bind a touchscreen to a specific screen, but
this doesn't really work that nicely with randr. I don't quite see
something similar to bind (E.G. transform from output coordinates to
screen coordinates) to an output, but I might be missing something?

Pointers to where to look are very welcome.
