status of xvmc

I believe XvMC only does MPEG2 right now.

The various acceleration apis from Intel and Nvidia are supposed to
handle x264.  I believe newer versions of Mplayer and VLC support
Nvidia's API, VDPAU.  I have no idea what the story is on Intel's
side.
