[ANNOUNCE] xf86-video-intel 2.4.98

Hi , 

Since xf86-video-intel 2.5 needs libdrm 2.4.0 , we need Mesa 7.2 ? 
or is enough ? just upgrade libdrm , and compile xf86-video-intel 2.5
for xserver 1.4.2
