Thanks for pointing out!

In my case it is
-rwxr-sr-x 1 root ssh /usr/bin/ssh-agent

For the time being I commented out
#use-ssh-agent
in /etc/X11/Xsession.options and LD_LIBRARY_PATH is set all the way though
kde.
