Summer of Code student application deadline extended

Because of a lower-than-expected student response, Google
has chosen to extend its Summer of Code student application
deadline until Monday 7 April.

As of this moment, X.Org has 7 applications from 6
applicants.  We would love to have more.  One bonus of
applying to us is that worthy applications to X.Org Summer
of Code that are not funded by Google are likely to be
funded through the X.Org Vacation of Code program.
