A) the fglrx drivert does not support your radeon 9200.
B) The xorg.conf and Xorg.0.log show that you are using the 'ati'
driver anyway.

You haven't made it particularly clear what you are attempting to
do...  Are you trying to get dualhead going on one card, or multiple
cards on one box?

Either way, you need to uninstall those deb packages via apt-get, and
I would recommend reinstalling libgl1-mesa-glx and libgl1-mesa-dri.
Reconfigure Xorg with 'Xorg -configure' or 'dpkg-reconfigure
xserver-xorg', and simply try to get one screen working.

If you have problems with that, we would need to see the
whole /var/log/Xorg.0.log file from this failed attempt to start X.
