A few other problems with drivers and pciaccess

  Hi,

  Thanks for applying the minor patches I just posted.
  I will list a few other minor problems now that I got your attention :-)

voodoo_drv.so has the missing symbols:
  xf86GetPciVideoInfo
  pciReadLong
  pciWriteLong
should be easy to fix/finish pciaccess conversion.

neomagic_drv.so and nsc_drv.so have the missing symbol:
  xf86GetPciVideoInfo
neomagic should be  easy, but not sure about nsc_drv.so, but I am
attaching a "starting" diff.
