Xephyr -geometry patch

HI

I managed to compile upstream fresh git and tried to
apply a -geometry patch that last year was supposed to
be included in the git but it isn't. The problem is that now
it fails to apply with current Xephyr as some struct has been
split up ...

Can someone enlightened fix this patch for current Xephyr
(maybe also implement -display ?)
