The *big* performance problem I fixed and mentioned in the blog post was
text rendering on i965. I know that the "EXA is slower than XAA" also
mentioned scrolling as a problem. I haven't looked at that yet, (nor
have I looked at i945 yet), but I hope to be able to soon.
