radeon EXA performance questions

I do not see a similar lag with windows display under EXA after the
6.9.0 upgrade.  Under 6.8.0, any redrawn of a large rectange was as
you've described - and it was especially bad if large areas of the
source and destination overlapped (imagine draggin a window or
scrolling a webpage).  My card is an RV380.

The 6.8.0 and 6.9.0 are the versions recorded in the Debian radeon
driver package - I'm not really sure if they appropriately map to
sensible radeon versions.
