How this could be done in case of radeon driver (6.9.0)? Tried to make it
"old way" - but it seems, that "screen section" settings are ignored(?).

The driver chooses maximal available resolution (1280x1024) - but I would
to set 800x600 with 1280x1024 as "virtual resolution" (and with panning).
