[ANNOUNCE] libxcb-1.1.91 - should be 1.1.90.1

Some distro people like me are fast enough and in pld linux we already had 
1.1.91 packages on ftp. Now there will be 1.1.90.1 which in term of 
versioning is older than 1.1.91. 

Fortunately no one beside me upgraded these packages (I hope) since these went 
into testing area and now I just deleted 1.1.91 packages.

Anyway downgrading officially announced versions shouldn't happen especialy if 
it's easy to avoid downgrading version like in this specific case.
