compile xf86-input-mouse failed

Hello,

I get a big list of errors when compiling xf86-input-mouse (using
jhbuild), that start with

mouse.c:71:25: error: xf86OSmouse.h: No such file or directory

The header file is missing and a lot of things are undefined.
