xorg/driver/xf86-input-elo2300 - [PATCH] Don't call xf86GetErrno, instead use errno directly.

Patch 1 was posted previously.

This patch is also conditional to value of XORG_VERSION_CURRENT
greater than value in tag xorg-server-1.4.0.90, and should be
updated in git master, or other method to know if xf86_ansic
is available should be used.
