help diagnosing latest git xserver build failure

To reply to this old e-mail: yes, adding X11/Xmd.h include to Xi.h
fixes building of the latest git version for me. It was also changed
now similarly in the repository that was mentioned earlier to have
added X.h include:  http://cgit.freedesktop.org/xorg/proto/inputproto/
