RandR 1.3 additions?

Radeonhd quite succesfully expands on my unichrome's output abstraction 
by offering connectors and monitors.

As i always said when talking about output abstraction when doing just 
unichrome work, i needed discrete devices to see whether the model still 
held up there.

It needed expansion, but it holds up beautifully now.
